Keynote Speaker: MARION WOODMAN, PhD, We are honoured this year to have Marion Woodman, the noted Jungian Analyst, speak to us. She is unique in her ability to inspire the heart and soul as she calls forth the essence of expressive arts. She draws on the power of myth, metaphor, image, and archetype using body and spirit to explore the mystery of the creative principle and the feminine. A few of her many books include Addiction to Perfection, The Ravaged Bridegroom, The Pregnant Virgin, Leaving My Father's House and Dancing in the Flames. Marion has lectured widely and led many workshops, often examining the relationship between masculine and feminine with such poets as Robert Bly and David White. She uses the language and modality of the arts to awaken heart and mind and to kindle passion.

Some of you may remember the first two international Harvest Symposiums held here in Toronto. Our committee learned a great deal about each other and our community in organizing the symposiums. Bringing our camaraderie, our humour, our hearts and our skills, we hope to shape a successful 3rd Annual IEATA Conference.

We send our warmest thanks and our deepest appreciation to all of you who submitted proposals to present at the conference. Looking forward to meeting this year’s presenters and participants and to welcoming you to our city of Toronto.
